This morning I woke up at 6 am. It was very early for me.

Is something wrong for today? Am I being a bit insane?

NO..NO..NO

I just read a book named “Brain & Morning”, written by Mr. Kenichiro Mogi.

It is quite interesting and useful … might be.

I did the stretching exercises for 5 min and stared at green for meditation for 1 min.

I was thing of an usual question of “Who I am”.. haha

 

Anyway, now I would like to introduce an easy & healthy receipt!

After I finished my interview for a trading staff and came home at around 5, I felt a little exhausted. And then I decided to make a simple but delicious dish for dinner.

 

Here is the result!!

Step 1.

Cut your chicken. I mean the chicken you bought from anyway….XD

Chop up Onion & Tomato … about 1 cm

Mix them (chicken, onion & Tomato), wait for 5 min?

 

Step 2.

Preheat the pan and put some oil

Put Step 1 into the pan.

If you have a lid, you can cover the pan and wait for 6 or 7 min

If you don’t have it, just like as me, wait for 10 min … or longer?

Just beware of the meat is well-done!

 

Step 3.

Soybeans, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Black Pepper !

 

Done!

It tasted so great J
